Mike Aanenson is the general manager of US operations for Exosite. Customer success has been his mantra for over 10 years. Known as the “go to” guy by employees and customers alike, Mike possesses the rare ability to calmly and logically solve problems while under fire. He is equally gifted at parachuting into difficult situations, establishing highly interactive customer relationships and diffusing tensions among multiple parties. Peace of mind is the currency he deals in most often. Everyone loves Mike. You will too.
Hans Rempel > CEO
As CEO and co-founder, Hans Rempel is the man with his finger on the pulse of technology and business, especially in data driven markets. A trusted leader and dedicated worker; he is admired by friends, employees and customers for his ability to quickly understand and offer unique solutions. Hans has spent a large part of his career building technical and support teams in several locations around the globe. He is skilled communicator and is especially adept at creating strategic partnerships that yield exceptional results. Equally proficient in hardware and software, Hans can debug a device driver while building a two-year cash flow projection with accompanying balance sheet and income statement. He is very process driven but not at the expense of innovation. Raised in Asia with secondary education in the U.S., Hans is uniquely suited to lead Exosite on a global mission to create customer and shareholder value.
Troy Kopischke > Founder
Troy Kopischke was responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to create the number one embedded computing module company (Logic) in the world in five years. He has the uncanny visionary ability to see opportunities in markets that are invisible to others. He is usually one of the most technically savvy people in the room. Even more impressive is Troy’s prowess in aligning diversified interests behind a unified strategy. Failure is not an option for Troy, yet he never forgets that winning is secondary to integrity and sincerity. Troy is the guy you want in your foxhole and we are delighted to have him in ours.
Danny Cunagin > Founder
Considered the “seasoned veteran” of the group, Danny Cunagin has been a serial entrepreneur virtually his entire career. After a quick but rewarding stint at Medtronic exiting college, Danny embarked on a journey to build what would become one of the largest product development consulting firms in the U.S. Along the way, Danny met and hired Troy and together they recruited and hired Hans. Danny is the owner of an engineering degree but his real gift is engineering companies and the management teams behind the companies. He takes pride in building value in technology markets for investors and customers alike.
